cart
This wiki is under construction.
A cart may refer to any small typically rectangular two or four wheeled structure used to carry heavy materials, animals, and other objects more easily. Traditional carts often appear in Old West, agricultural, and medieval settings, but more modern cart variations can be found in various settings, particularly grocery stores, and the hospitality, or airlines industries.
Traditional carts typically have two large wheels and a flat surface to hold freight; they are sometimes pulled by horses, goats, dogs and (in Ancient Rome) geese.
If you're being really pedantic, a cart is different from a wagon, which has four wheels, and a carriage, which is designed for transporting humans specifically. The difference between modern wagons, and carts is minor, and hybridized variants have been produced and marketed as wagon carts or cart wagons.
