This tag is used when a character's balls are not directly visible, but one or more individual testicles' presence is distinctly apparent under clothing. Differentiated from the typical bulge by being less spherical and much more defined.

The balls outline tag is often found with other tags such as bulge, penis_outline, and tight_clothing. Not every instance needs to include these tags, and a balls tag should only be used if part of the balls are visible unobstructed by clothing.
