A foreskin that completely covers the glans of a penis, or at least covers just enough of the glans for it to be visible through the opening of the foreskin.
If the foreskin noticeably extends or hangs beyond the glans or completely covers the glans when the penis is fully erect, consider also tagging long_foreskin.
Should only be tagged with tight_foreskin if it is absolutely clear (per tag what you see) that the foreskin can't be pulled back over the glans.
Not to be confused for a sheath.
