An object being used as a weapon that was not intended to be one or in some cases, used in an unconventional way (eg. using a tank turret as a club).
Instead of using weapon-specific tags for this concept, use improvised weapon-specific tags instead. Use holding_improvised_weapon instead of holding_weapon.
