circumcised
A penis whose foreskin appears to have been surgically removed, often indicated by a visible scar ring on the penis. Generally only applies for humanoid penises and should not be tagged for sheathes and animal penises.
A circumcised penis can resemble a penis with a retracted foreskin, especially when erect, with the glans fully exposed in both cases. The difference is rarely apparent in less detailed images, and should be left untagged.
