Use this when a character is directly licking, or otherwise rubbing their tongue against, another character's face. This is usually a sign of loving affection between characters, such as when seen between a romantic couple of anthropomorphic partners. However, it may be done for other reasons, an example being a quick cleaning of the fur.

This is not the same thing as seeing a character, instead, licking their own face; that's separately tagged as licking lips.
