clothing lift
When a character is lifting their own, or someone else's clothing. Usually done to expose whatever that clothing is covering. The lifted by clothing tag is used when the act raises the character off the ground.
Note that if the clothing is already up, the appropriate tag is more likely raised_shirt, raised_skirt, or raised_dress.
