Those buildings aren't tall enough (or are too wide) to be the Twin Tower though... o_o I think this is just what it looks like, a dog crushing buildings with her tits. Unless Max is bad at building proportions, I guess.

They aren't to scale, true. But considering this was drawn shortly (very shortly) after the event, what else could possibly be represented here?

two random building....the twin towers where not some holly shrine to a immortal god, there is no need to think everything that has two skyscrapers collapsing has to do with 9/11, it was a tragic thing yes but it´s been 8 years...time we stop looking for this sort of thing.

Perhaps I'm too old school. It seems to be the thing nowadays to hold nothing as sacred, and everything as fodder for humor.
It's not the buildings I care about, but the fact that 3,000 regular workaday people died in a way they could not have imagined. And Max here had so little empathy that he could crack out this picture the very next year.
