  • She might as well put that needle away, poisons and such don't have any effect on Deadpool because of his healing factor (Plus he can't get drunk)

I thought his healing factor was somewhat less than Wolverine's, and he (Wolvie) can get drunk, he just has to really work at it. :D

  • Actually Deadpool CAN be drugged. Regeneration doesn't actually prevent that.

I'll trust you on that one, but still an interesting inconsistency. If he's constantly regenerating or healing, then the body would kick out anything that's not supposed to be there. His body got rid of the cancer that started his ride to pooldom..so why not any drugs? Oh btw, Happy Star Wars day! Here's something related to both and very entertaining!

Different physiological pathways. Remember that a lot of drugs mimic chemicals your body already uses and thus usually attach to a pre-existing chemoreceptors in your cells. If he was completely immune to chemicals then his pituitary system wouldn't be able to regulate his body's functions.

Deadpool still has cancer, in fact if anything, the healing powers just made exponentially worse, he just heals faster than it can kill'm.

  • Wouldn't Deadpool pretend to get knocked out by a tranquilizer dart just so he could get into the police station, find the opportune moment, and then fake spring back to life to deliver a few one-liners? I'd do that!

I did read your comment. If he heals faster than the cancer can kill him, wont that eventually kill the cancer off

The cancer is still there. Cancer spreads after it divides up into more corrupted cells in the body, which will eventually mutate and destroy the body. Since he still has it the damage the cancer is doing is quickly healed up to the point where it can't do anything. Though cancer can be removed by destroying all the cancerous cells. So dead pool can relatively cure himself if he were to cut out all the cancerous cells. Yet, he would need to be very quick considering hisnrediculous healing factor, or its already spread so far out that its impossible to get rid of. In short yeah he has cancer, kidney I think.

I actually fact chevkedbmyself. In some iterations of Dead pool, he's heavily scarred due to his cancer. In the movie he's heavily tortured. In most comics its cause the cancer has reached his skin. Ouch either way.
