This is a really unique piece of work.

Culpeofox and Skia's work is so overrated. Don't get me wrong, both are good artists, but they don't seem to really push the boundaries of what they can do with their artwork. All they draw are foxes in surreal settings.

I fail to get your argument. I just made an honest observation. Nothing more.

Fair enough, but there is an amount of vibrance to the art. the art has strong character and they do a lot with very few lines. They often have the feel of something drawn by a professional animator. They put a lot of character into each drawing without a lot of effort... and Culpeo, at least, from what I've seen has drawn a lot of humorous, stand alone images.

These images are not porn, or even suggestive, so they appeal to a wider audience. They tend to be the sort of things you can print out and post on your cubical wall and no one will bat an eye.

are the over rated? hum, maybe. But are definetly good at the niche they've carved out.

I think the artist it trying to play out the following scenario.

Kennesaw GA approx 23:45

GOD DANG IT MARTHA!!!
That DANG! Fox got into the hen house again! Where's my shotgun!!

Am I right or wrong? it sure looks like it to me.

I'm pretty sure anything posted on e621 that isn't pornographic or juvenile in its humor will garner an unnecessarily sophisticated grade of artistic criticism.

Things like this tend to stand out.

I agree, Culpeo and Skia aren't the most revolutionary artists in the world. Their art is nice to look at, and provides a decent laugh once and awhile. Some people like to give more credit than is due, some like to give less.
