And if the trainer made the ditto transform into her boyfriend doesn't that mean she wouldn't fuck anyone else?

I mean the boyfriend mustn't have been there, and she wanted him, so she did this. Meaning she still wants him just compromised due to him being absent. And it's got to be kidda flattering. "I needed sex and you were busy, and instead of fucking another guy I fucked my ditto that I had transform into you cause it's you I wanted". Would he be upset if she had a dildo made just like his dick or a sex doll that was just like him, creepy as the latter would be?

Well neither the trainer or her boyfriend are to be directly blamed for the something they couldn't have reasonably predicted. That's not going to stop some emotions from pouring out at the thought of your boyfriend/girlfriend fucking someone else in what was supposed to be a committed relationship.

Someone less high-strung might take it as endearing. (You wanted to fuck me THAT much? God I fucking love you.) But most other people are at least gonna feel a little uncomfortable about it.
