I think its fake the lighting and reflections are too "smooth" and one of the reflections looks like gm_construction from Garry's Mod (gold and silver ball). Also look at the lack of detail on the ground, it's obvious it is fake.

Fake. It's a good fake, but none the less, fake. The most telling point, like what Zerghumper said, is the ground. The resolution is lower on the concrete, but the reflections are so great that you can see what's in the smallest details.

Ah, reflections. The bane of all photoshoppers.

When I saw the thumbnail for this picture, i almost pissed myself. WANT WANT WANT.
But when you enlarge it, You can easily tell how fake it is due to the ground and PokeBall resolution difference.
Never the less, this is the best fucking picture of PokeBalls I have ever seen.

It's called a Cherish Ball. :3 Some Event pokemon come in them, but you can't get the item in-game.

Wondering why they didn't go to town on number of bounces; there should be a lot more Master Ball - Poke Ball inter-reflections....

For me the big sell on fake is no dulling of the shadows on the concrete. This feature is known as "specular lighting" in games.

I know this is really old and all but as someone who does a lot of different mediums I just have to say. I love the 3d rendering they did on this. could have picked a higher res platform for it but good none the less. (if you get a program like sculptress and get a shiny sphere i think thats the default reflection I don't remember plus whatever other objects get reflected)

I looooove how the ultra ball was tagged with "aka hyper ball".
I swear until now I thought I was entirely misremembering them being called hyper balls at one point.
