Well, way I see it, if the Artist said it was an AK-108... It's an AK-108. Also, someone else tagged it as an AK-74, which it looks more like than an AK-47.

its a 108 or 107, ak-47 uses the 7.62x39mm round, while the ak-74 uses the 5.45x39mm round. both the ak-108/107 use the 5.45x39mm round, as they are descendants of the ak-74.
