Sounds like a useful tag, though I feel genital_focus would be more fitting, easier to tag as if it's a herm, you might need to do penis_focus as well as vagina_focus or hell, maybe some strange thing where the only thing that would work is balls_focus because of the angle.

There's the tag crotch_shot which is basically what you're asking for.

Thanks, I didn't know of that tag. Though checking on it now, it's not entirely the same thing, crotch_shot mainly seems to be shots of only the genitals.

This however, is more like a foot_focus thing in which you can actually see most of the character(s), but the camera is notably close to the feet or in this case, dick. Like the name says, it's a focus, not a direct shot that excludes mostly everything else.

Though there are a few exceptions tagged with crotch_shot that seem like they would actually fit more with a tag like genital_focus, such as this one:

I agree with you. Crotch_shot is just a penis or vagina shot, whereas a genital_focus would center around the genitals, but still contain more of the character or characters.

The idea with the genital_fokus is good, but the problem is like with all tags, what use is a new label if you, like many, hardly anyone uses or even knows. In addition it also often comes before the tags incorrectly set be and with many not even there a description in the e621 library. Therefore, there is also the problem that they get to see images that should actually be on the black list to many. Not do but because they are incomplete or incorrectly referred to.

In particular, which would the image be? A large part of the image occupy the genitals, but the rest of the body can still be seen. When is an image in which category?

As I said, I support the idea. I also like the separation in images where only the genitals can be seen and where the rest of the body it is. Because it would be not bad or helpful if there was a list of existing tags in the Edit. But separated by categories. Where to find all tags associated with including the genitalia.

Die Idee mit dem genital_fokus ist gut, aber das Problem ist wie bei allen Tags, was nutzt eine neue Bezeichnung wenn sie, wie vielen, kaum jemand nutzt oder gar kennt. Zudem kommt es auch oft vor das Tags falsch gesetzt werden und bei etlichen gibt es noch nicht mal eine Beschreibung, in der e621 Bibliothek. Daher gibt es bei vielen auch das Problem, das sie Bilder zu sehen bekommen die eigentlich auf der Schwarzenliste stehen müssten. Tun sie aber nicht weil sie unvollständig oder falsch bezeichnet sind.

Vor allem, worunter würde das Bild fallen? Die Genitalien nehmen ein Großteil des Bildes ein, aber der Rest des Körpers ist immer noch zu sehen. Ab wann gehört ein Bild, in welche Kategorie?

Wie gesagt, die Idee unterstütze ich. Die Trennung in Bilder wo nur die Genitalien zu sehen sind und die wo auch der Rest des Körpers drauf ist, finde ich auch gut. Da währe es nicht schlecht oder Hilfreich wenn es beim Edit eine Liste von bereits existierenden Tags gäbe. Aber separiert nach Kategorien. Wo man alle Tags im Zusammenhang mit zum Beispiel Genitalien findet.

That's a pretty big assumption though, I get the point of the tag, but not *every* shot of genitals from close-up is necessarily "submissive".
