Judging by her expression, I would say that she just barely arrived too late to catch her train.

Fortunately, the best part about the train system in Japan is that even if you miss the one you wanted, another travelling the same way will be along shortly and you can just hop on that. Very fortunate that the tickets are neither train- nor time-specific like in the US.
