The couple Giorno from Sceptile and Yusuke from Inteleon.
In a romantic setting, they embrace each other so intensely that every part of their bodies is entwined like a snake mating, and both of Giorno's penises will be inserted into Yusuke, while Yusuke's two penises will fit in both of Giorno's hands.
Although it was unintentional, this artwork appears to be a self homage to artwork I did about two years ago. (Two years ago!??)
