My reason is because it looks so much like the show's but also adds to her sensuality due to the art style, and of course is a bit curvier than the show's canon appearance, but none of that feels like it doesn't fit. Like, this is just Loona drawn differently, not a whole other Loona.

It also might be Loona looks generally a bit rounder in terms of the art, so she looks a bit cuter and "softer" than in the show.

Just some guesses from my own observations.
