    I'm looking at the emotions, but I can't see what's happening here. Are they fighting? Is Spyro falling and Cynder tries to catch him?

    That is a good question. I hadn’t noticed their facial expressions till you mention it. But given how Spyro is covering his malehood I would say that they may have attempted a mating ritual and failed perhaps?
