The style is very reminiscent. At first I thought it was the squirrel from The Sword In The Stone.

Holy shit this is one of the best/hottest animations I've seen in under 10 seconds!!! Incredibly smooth movements, super adorable expression, vibrant HQ colors, superb natural souinds; whatever is above god tier, this is it!!!
