You know, it's never made explicitly clear in either the show or comic whether Bunnie's bits were roboticized along with her legs. It was always just that purple midsection cover that I'm never sure if it's supposed to be a one-piece or her actual underbelly (and I don't think the artists ever knew either). Good to know that at least the fan artists are pretty damn decisive about it.

the only consolation the comics offer us is the sonic universe 30 years later story where her and antoine have kids, so it seems she is capable of reproduction

That is an AU storyline, so maybe there's something that happened there we don't know about. But I do remember an incident right before the reboot with heavy implications. In one of a series of total ass-pulls, Bunnie's roboticized parts got completely restored after she was encased in crystals and hit with magic bullshit. There was a side story in a following issue where she and her new husband Antoine were coping with the culture shock of the change, and through the entire scene I felt like Antoine was trying to find a polite way to say, "Let's test out your new parts." Sure enough, it ends with a zoom out that very much impies that they made sweet music that night. So yes, there's evidence that they could have gotten pregnant. Then again, this was before the reboot, so it only matters to the people who actually cared about a decade and a half of story and character development. So you know, NOT Ken Penders.
