The molasses-like black tar that seems to keep the 7 foot tall Best Buds Dolls alive, quickly over produces and stains their fur from beneath, before eventually spilling from their mouths, eyes, breasts, ears, etc.

This could be due to the Dolls meeting their new "friends" and becoming obsessed. The thick living latex inside them being used to keep their "friend" with them at all times. Even threatening the owners health.
