MemberTo those wondering, tobacco and water doesn't necessarily just make arsenic. More so that when tobacco is being grown it can leech traces of arsenic out of the ground it grows in. So if it's tainted with arsenic then water will cause it to seep back out. Granted if you're already smoking tobacco with arsenic in it you're still just consuming it in a different way which isn't good for you.
