November is the month Gatomon debut in America, the exact date being November 20th, so basically this is Gatomon Appreciation Month, especially for this couple.
Meri is usually a Black Gatomon but for every year this month, she'll be in the normal Gatomon form and since she made a short stack version of it for her boyfriend's birthday that year. She's been turning into this version alot in this month.
Here, we get to see how much works that it goes into turning into a fictional character for a Succubus (It's not in the tags because no one is saying and she doesn't have her Succubus features, like how she subtly does have them for her Cat Bee form). Since it's not something they do all the time there still needs to be some focus here and there, even if the boyfriend's love for the character helps out alot.
Also, this is the first time she kept her clothes when she turned into her new favorite short stack form.
