Nix is fully within her right to be worried that her prince is no longer interested in her. From her perspective that's a logical (albeit hasty) conclusion.

At the same time Fryx's perspective hasn't shown that this is off limits or out of bounds. Hell, as far as he can see Nix is the one that cheated first.

But since she has a cute design and isn't grumpy people write off what she did as if she was some sort of child making a mistake. When in reality she's an adult capable of making decisions and saying no just as much as Fryx is.

Not to say I dislike Nix, I do want to see her achieve her goal of continuing the species, but she aint blameless in this.
