I don't think that's an actual screenshot, it may look like an actual one, but i don't think YouTube would allow porn on their website

You'd be surprised. It's sort of a yes/no situation. There's plenty of straight-up nudity on YouTube and allowed, but it doesn't fall into the "porn" category. A woman giving birth? Medical instructionals? Even things like an instructional on naked dancing? All allowed and exist on the platform, albeit age-restricted. It just needs to serve a legitimate purpose (or could be claimed as legitimate) and not be overtly sexual in nature and it's allowed with age restrictions.
