I mean, come on, Rouge is just cool. If there is any character I'd point to "Sonic but girl", its her. Her attractiveness, her ability to be serious and laughing at threats, her unknown origins but still powerful, her causal demeanor with Eggman, to be morally questionable while also looking out for those she sees as friends.

Edit: They both love teasing Knuckles and are interested in Shadow's emotional state.
