Although I did not delete it, my problem with post #5106152 is the compression artifacts. Even if it's intentional, we don't like that. We may selectively allow posts with intentional, very obvious compression artifacts, but I wouldn't test that and expect a positive result. My impression is that this is a teaser crop of your content from Patreon. That is allowed. This post doesn't have the compression artifacts seen in post #5106152, so I don't have a problem with this post.

Oh, and on the topic of previously deleted posts (a flag/deletion reason), we allow reuploads of deleted content if the reupload fixes the issue(s) we had with the original post.
