On page 2 she says "Emmett wouldn't mind", indicating she's doing this without Emmett knowing. So, you're probably quite correct.

Also the fact that whoever it is specifies Mr. Big, who we know Nick does know and has dealings with

Mr Otterton knows Mr Big too. That was Mr Bigs connection in the movie and why they were investigating his Limo. Mr Otterton was an employee of his, his florist, and favored enough that Mr Big sent his personal cheuffer to fetch him when he needed to discuss something importaint with Mr Big.

While I do like the theory that Nick is going to "reunite" with Mrs. Otterton here, I don't think that's him she's texting.

I think it's Emmett, given how he doesn't react to his wife's hybrid offspring or her giant tits in the previous comics, or the pictures Olivia sends here. He's very, very vanilla. If it was Nick on the other side of that text, he'd react at least a little bit.

That's just my personal observation, though.

Plus, she says "dear", which is a clear indication that this isn't Nick.

The way her arms are just perched on top of her tits in the second panel is really cute for some reason.
