Member2 pages ago, bro mentioned going raw on Dazzler, and Nurse clearly felt some type of way about that so she decides to up the ante by letting him hit raw. Giving the panel where she tells him to cum inside her a green background (envy) was likely a deliberate choice.
She's spent the comic feigning nonchalance about a casual quickie but it's become apparent that she really likes him, as evidenced by her reaction to Daz being mentioned and various instances of her saying she needed the quickie.
So my assessment, based on what we have so far is that she knows he sleeps around and is well aware of his rolling stone approach to sex, but she probably wants to be the favorite, so she made a snap decision to impress him.
Reading the pages back to back makes her thought process pretty clear.
