The Fleur de Lys is also the symbol used by Scouts, so this is likely just a sign placed by some Scouts association to indicate how rough that trail is. I did wonder about it for a second even as a Canadian myself though, so don't feel too bad 😄

The sign is definitely for a North Vancouver, BC, Canada hiking trail. So, I think it’s safe to say, these twins are Canadian XD.
