  • The exaggerated movement when they talk is kinda distracting but otherwise this is good. I get why non Pepsi man is moving when he talks before he vores, but Pepsi man I dont get moving so much.

while i love his animations, a reoccurring issue i have with them is the constant bobbing of the characters when they talk.

I don't think I'd mind it so much if the camera didn't jerk around with them. What's wrong with having a regular static shot? Camera shake is fine, sure, but locking it to the characters' movements is perplexing.

Its their signature style and I dont think druth realizes how offputting it is. People just dont *move* like that. :/

Honestly, this is 100% why the motions are weird. If the camera didn't follow it, most people wouldn't even notice the motions of the characters themselves.

  • The real problem I've always had with nighdruth and his characters hasn't just been the movement (though I do have my problems with that too) but the facial expressions.

No matter what's going on in the scene his characters always have a smirk on their face. Doesn't matter if the character is upset or tired or anything, always that smirk.

It doesn't even look like it's part of their character to be smirking all the time, it genuinely looks like a limitation of the models they're using and it's really distracting.

  • It definitely feels over-animated to have them straighten their backs with every word, and it's several times more distracting due to the camera bobbing along with them, but that said, it's still hot. Tone down the camera bobble and at least spread out the motion of their talking emotes so they're moving along more than one axis if you really want to put that much full body motion into their conversation, because it's not just how much they do it, it's also weirdly stiff.

  • my only gripe with the animation, and I found it out by accident, but try turning off all the sound. it's very unnerving just seeing these guys violently convulsing constantly, like some form of cramp or seizure. idk, just feel like it's gotten a little... much lately

but I'm also high, and might just be pitching because tired. just wanted to share my insight

okay, update, I'm not the only one it seems lmaoz, I must really be high

  • Talking in animations is a bit of a red flag but the CV and AV just makes up for it all,
I can see past the dialogue as it allows the characters to feel like this whole thing has a story
