The uploader appears to be the same commissioner or character owner as the one in the listed source, hence the unusually high resolution. That, or it's someone with a very similar name. Also, I don't know why this is tagged with Jadedragoness when the artist watermark clearly says it's by Chivaran.

Yeah, I didn't know she uploaded this already until I looked up her tag. Had to add my character tag to the post.
