Caroo's Tickle-Itch Predicament

Caroo thrusts helplessly as he is overcome by the cycle of itch and pleasure. In between every thrust, the itching sensation quickly builds to unbearable heights. Every time he pushes in, waves of pleasure and ticklish sensation combine and crash against his brain, making white hot dopamine throughout his system.

In the back of his mind he knows he shouldn't cum in order to escape his doom, but the thought is slowly eroded with every crazed thrust.
