But what does "fully modular body" mean in that context?

Something closer to military idea of it (where parts can just be exchanged for other parts as needed) or furry idea (where a detached part can continue functioning as if it wasn't detached, in addition to ability to exchange them)?

I think it between "military idea" and "furry idea"

She can change her limbs to any what she wants.
Arms, legs. torso...and all of the body parts.
Even internal organs.

Typical thing for any Sfi-fi and Cyberpunk games/movies...like a Deus ex, Cyberpunk 2077.

What about organs...for now - i still worcing on that.

all organs from organic creature...but with some augmentation and artificial origin.

And yes, she can detach limbs without any damage)
