Hmmmm...Ayleid ruins. There wouldn't be any on the east coast, so that's most likely a sunset. Her clothes look imperial, but the foliage reminds me more of High Rock. While it could be a beach somewhere on the Valenwood coast, I don't imagine you'd see any of the stonework she's standing on. Am I thinking too much into it? Absolutely.

Yeah I agree, I think it's the ayleid house.

There's Elder Scrolls geeks in the comments and I'm all here for it, also I agree, looks very Gold Coast with the sands and rocky shore. Could also be Auridon though maybe.
