Depends on who you are...I'm sure lots of folks are socially programmed enough to feel shame over ever sexual aspect of their lives, but I'm also sure there's a decent number of porn stars, sex workers, and exhibitionists. There will be those kinds of folks who'd walk in and just be all casual about getting too horny and losing a toy in themselves they were using.
