    I heard a statement a while back, there is a reason it’s called “lactose intolerance” instead of what it really is, dairy allergy. It’s because no matter what, nothing will stop you from eating cheese.

    You may wish to read the Wikipedia article and correct your knowledge. Tl;dr - lactose intolerance and lactose allergy are two very different things.
