You're right about the misconception and print error, but you too are mistaken. If tilted the right way; It's in fact a ball bouncing on a spring (dogs like balls, after all).

Yet another misconception about the print error, if one reorients the letters and rotates the N, the shirt spells “oz”. It’s a reference to her favorite book.
