If it weren't for the annual exterminations, I'd imagine quite a lot of freaky people in the Hazbin universe would be lining up at Hell's gates, waiting to get in.

I like to think that Emberlynn was at Heaven's gates with Peter initially but was so turned off by the angels & winners not looking demonic/Lovecraftian enough that she insisted on being sent to Hell instead. xD
