Our 2 pamp-pirate siblings join up with a shady group of informants, to share their findings about the well-being of their city. 3 mighty factions... each of which keeps a subdivision force of their own, to carry out their master's work like a dog on a leash.

The overbearing Army employs these lowly pamped mercs to defend the cities full-time. The Pamped Rebels control the Pamp-Pirates, sending them out on missions to pirate diapers, to give to the needy. And HyperGrail Pharmaceutics, a powerful company that creates medicines, bioweapons, Ai robotic soldiers and who knows what else.. The company's labrats roam the cities, conducting odd experiments and collecting research data... But today the 3 have a common goal, to inspect the damaged city wall that defends from diapercritter attacks. Hope they can play nice together. :3c
