As a result, barring a major height difference, our view of them will be perfectly fine when both parties are standing while the view down south is so angled by the time we get close that it's basically hidden again.

We want to get to things quickly. A lot of times step one is a kiss to get things going. If we make down below our step two we'd have to change our position to see what we're doing (or to make oral possible) and THEN get to work. By going breasts firsts we can maintain our position better and get to work more quickly.

Also helps that we don't have them ourselves. Creates a sense of curiosity.

Lastly, it's kind of the best of both worlds in some regards. An ass is great, but there's not too much to do with it. Meanwhile, a breast has a nipple leaving us more things to do. They can also have more flexibility. A vagina has diversity to it as well, but playing around with it is a FAR more delicate operation. There's not as much room for error, not as much of your body is involved, and you have to consciously hold your strength back. For example, our Leafeon boy here would absolutely NOT be using his right hand like that if it was down there.

It's also influenced by culture. For example, I remember reading that some tribes in third-world countries consider it a matter of pride if you can breastfeed two of your own children at once. When the ladies were told about how grown men reacted to boobs in the 'modern' world, some of them actually laughed so hard they started crying. They thought the idea of grown men playing with breasts like babies to be absolutely hilarious!

Those same regions tend to have women go topless; because men are constantly seeing them out and about, they mentally don't see it as 'forbidden' anymore, and thus they lose their appeal on a sexual level.
