Description
Well, not forever! Provided Lati is pumping out eggs every single day (somehow) it will take a measly 27 years! What's the kobold average life expectancy again?

MemberI think it's worth it. Don't have to pay taxes and you get to breed your girlfriend/wife all you like.

MemberThe average life span of a kobold depends on lore but usually it's 60+ years in standard environment or 120+ if they live a comfortable lifestyle.
Kobolds can live longer then humans...most die an untimely death
Edit:
Considering they have a variety of hazards and harsh living conditions in their normal environment this is why they breed in mass and are a very fecund species.1000 eggs is incredibly doable in half the time if they are allowed to breed unchecked.

MemberLati is a male (trans) Latias. I don't think this artist has drawn anything that isn't queer.

MemberIn regards to the discussion on Kobold Lifespans; an idea I often play with for kobolds for a potential custom setting is that "purebred" kobolds are born from unfertilized dragon eggs, and can theoretically live as long as a dragon, and even become a full fledged dragon if they actually live as long as it normally takes a dragon born from a fertilized dragon egg to become an adult... Course, I've then played with the idea that if that does happen, they'll be equivalent to a newborn dragon.
Conversely, I've also played with the idea that both age and size are basically meaningless to true dragons due to them being physical manifestations of chaos and fertility; they're whatever size is most convenient for them, and their age is functionally a "years since last fatal incident" counter and practically nothing more. Under that logic, kobolds would be similar to plane touched, likely able to live somewhere between 300 years and 3000 years if they go without incident. Granted, this also means Kobolds and many chaotic souls become dragons after they die anyways, which may mean they make life choices more suited for "a good time, not a long time".

MemberAssuming that an egg is made every day, it would take Koby 27 years, 4 months, 2 weeks, 1 day, 9 hours, and just a hair less than 32⅓ seconds to meet the 10,000 eggs requirement. This number is subject to fluctuations due to various factors, but I wouldn't expect that requirement to be met any earlier than 25 years, or too much later then 30 years.

MemberAt 1 per day, that would take over 27 years!
