A female Meowstic has golden-colored eyes, with fur that's primarily white with blue accents, with the blue fur on her legs going all the way up her legs like stockings, and the white fur around her waist growing in a skirt-like pattern. A female Meowstic's head and neck tufts also exhibit a distinctive swirl.

The long hair this crossdressing male Meowstic has, however, is unique to this scenario.
