    What is the thing under the dick? I thought it was a prostate, but it has fluid in it and a heart? I don't think the prostate is a tank, more like a gland

    Also what is in front of it? Looks like a tongue. Could be the bottoms dick..

    It’s the bladder, for dramatic purposes I made the prostate look more like anime β€œfilled”
