OK, first of all, do not use online tools for your stuff. Not only do you need to compress shit out more when sending it up and loading it back down, resulting further degradation, on top of other major limitations.
Secondly, the video has frame dublication issue that every 4th. 5th or 6th frame is dublicated, resulting in a constant stutter. What this most likely means is that you had 24 FPS render, but then you ended up changing it to 30 FPS during editing. Only text scroll at the end is full 30 FPS.
Uploaded transcode that drops all the dublicate frames using mpdecimate and forced the framerate to be 24 FPS. It only started to drop actual frames after 1 minute mark, which is the text scroll, at which point judder shouldn't cause any issues with actual content anymore.

Also as small tip on FA description, I would avoid linking to tag search for artist tag, but rather to your artist wiki: https://e621.net/artists/87357
This way there's more information for users and you can even have your name completely changed without needing to completely redo the link.
