MemberNope, same here. Shows up at the 0:58 mark on the 480p and 720p samples. It works fine otherwise, but it is an issue with the file itself, likely some kind of file corruption during the MP4 -> WebM conversion. Mairo would probably be able to re-encode the original and replace the file.
Chrome is far more lenient than Firefox with video specs, same with other Chromium-based browsers.

MemberVideo works well for me in firefox for PC.
60 seconds of playtime.

MemberIs your player set to Fit (Horizontal), Fit (Vertical), or Original? If so, the file does play normally. The issue only manifests if you choose Sample (480p) or Sample (720p).

JanitorProblem is that for some reason, @dalwart uses obsolete VP8 and Vorbis codecs for the file. e621 samples are transcoded into modern VP9 and Opus, the way Vorbis track is formatted here is incorrect and causes some issues with lenght so Firefox believes that the file should've already ended and it still going from transcoded Opus audio, hence why it corrupts at the very end of playback.
VP8 has been obsolete for very long time already, I can find comments from myself 6 years ago how I have already switched to VP9 years ago because of VP8 being so obsolete.
In past I have fixed these by simply re-transcoding from source as most of these posts are transcodes from source where user uses some ancient instructions to do it, but in this instance even source is VP8/Vorbis WebM (with additional warning at the beginning that everyone is 18+ and consenting). This would require artist themselves fixing their workflow and settings to not be two decades old, then resubmitting it here.
I'm not entirely sure how this should be approached when it's e621 samples that are broken, even though the problem is originating from source file.
I kinda hate when above this comment, there comment about it not effecting chromium based browsers and asking wheter you have original, fit or sample, then just saying you have chromium based browser where it's working and not clarifying the settings.
This is exactly why "works on my machine" meme exsists.
