Definitely the only truly consciously villainous character.
The carnotaurs are more neutral forces of nature. All they want is to survive, and they simply view the herd as food. I think it's implied the bigger one is spiteful of iguanodons for killing its companion in the cave, trying to pull Aladar off the cliff, but that's about it.
Kron's ego and "only the strong survive" policy kills almost as many as the predators. He can literally verbally communicate with the other dinosaurs and still disregards their pleas and advice, only backing down when his herd turns on him. Bruton at least redeems himself.

MemberI absolutely loved that movie when it came out. I was pretty young, and haven't watched it in a while, but I think I'm going to watch it again.
