Well, she's got a very short dress on, she's sitting with her legs facing the male, and by crossing her legs so loosely she's kind of exposing herself. The Villager's eyes dart down there every so often for a split second, he's trying not to focus on that.

One of the timings is a bit off, but he only looks down when she blinks.
