Also note, males tend to have a much more square or top-heavy torso, as men have narrower hips relative to their shoulders. Women's hips tend to be wider, their thighs and butt seemingly large because of this. Even the most lithe males are still distinguishable from women.

Of course, this is just what I understand of human anatomy. While these creatures are anthropomorphic and based on the human form, there is still that possibility.
