Who gave the pony a Catapult (CPLT-A1 specifically, going by the lack of lasers)?

I guess the post office isn't kidding if they're sending a fire support mech on delivery runs though.

CPLT-A1 has LRM 15's. That one has LRM 20's and two lasers. That's a CPLT-C4.
